Quick answers

What is CellMast?

CellMast is a 4G/5G mobile proxy provider: dedicated carrier modems with unlimited traffic, plus a rotating per-GB mobile pool, paid in crypto with no ID upload. It is operated by ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA); the team has been in the proxy business since 2019. CellMast sells mobile proxies only, which is why its pages go deep on carriers, rotation and 4G versus 5G. See the about page.

What is a mobile proxy?

A mobile proxy sends your traffic out through a 4G or 5G modem on a carrier network, so websites see a carrier IP such as a T-Mobile or Vodafone address. Carriers share these addresses among many subscribers through CGNAT, which is why sites are careful about blocking them. More in what is a mobile proxy.

Why does a port cost more in some countries?

A port is a physical modem with a local SIM, and costs differ by market. CellMast groups countries into eight price zones, from $20.25 to $89.25 for 30 days. Your country's price is on its location page and on the pricing page.

Do I need to verify my identity?

No. CellMast has no KYC: no ID, no selfie, no documents. Login with an account number; email is optional. You pay in BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC. The Acceptable Use Policy still applies to every account.

Can I test before a long rental?

Yes. Rent a one-day port, from $2.63/day, and test it on your own target. Within 72 hours of purchase, a rotating-mobile plan is credited back to your balance if you used less than 20% of its traffic and no more than 1 GB; a plan that does not work, and that support cannot fix within 24 hours, is credited back in full. Dedicated ports: within 24 hours of delivery (2 hours for a 1-day port), the port is credited back to your balance in full if it does not work and we cannot fix or replace it, or if it has carried less than 500 MB. A port we cannot deliver within 24 hours is credited back in full. If a port stops working later and support cannot fix it within 24 hours, the lost days are credited back. Top-ups are not paid back, except where the law requires it. Any balance left after the top-up stays on your account and never expires.
